The accommodation had a very central location in the reception area which was n't that fancy. I stayed 1 night and would love to come back when visiting Switzerland.

The breakfast is amazing and good, and the location is incredible near center of town and restaurants and groceries shops and railway station. The rooms are fancy with good beds and smoke detectors.

Fairly clean luxury hotel, fancy rooms. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe in the room and the good bed. Fantastic location as close to the trains station, in the exceptional area. Again, 5 minutes walk from Mountaineer's Cemetery.

We would recomand this hotel, it was fairly clean and luxurious. The location was amazing in the heart of Zermatt, so close to Mountaineer's Cemetery. The breakfast available was amazing with coffee drinks and options for vegetarians, as for instance.

We loved the unique design of this place. The spa was unlike any other we've been to, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. The restaurant options were amazing, with delicious food and a fantastic ambiance. The staff here were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. And the location couldn't be better, right in the heart of everything.
We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The hotel was fairly clean and stylish, had panoramic views of the mountain. We got a room with a tub. Staff was super incredibly nice. Its location was very central, around 4-6 minutes walk from St Peter's English Church.
The bed was very uncomfortable.
